Good evening everyone, so I’m totally in holiday mode now and I completely forgot I needed this post up today, so apologies to all that this is up a lot later than it was meant to be. Today I have for you a review of Holly Tierney-Bedord’s new book – I will Follow Him, keep reading to see what my thoughts were.
Good afternoon everyone, I hope you’ve all had a lovely week so far with the warmer weather.
I came across Hafmall Official on instagram and quickly saw how beautiful their bags were. They have different styles along with different colours. We were kindly gifted a gorgeous baby pink waterproof bag.
I’m a sucker for bags especially rucksack style ones. I already have two changing bags, a mothercare one and one from Cath kidston and while they both do the job, by the time you have filled them with nappies and wipes and bottles there isn’t really much room for anything else.
So here we are, with the first small business I want to do a post about. I have done a general post just explaining Brand Reps and Product Testers and who we are currently repping for, you can read that post here.
Danique Keepsakes is run by the lovely Dani and she has been making keepsakes for around 5 years. Her business is a Princes Trust Supported Business and she has a range of different keepsakes you can have handmade. You can get things from personalised blankets and taggies to memory animals or cushions, made from your old clothes, there is great variety.
So the past couple of months I have been completely out of love with my blog, twitter and even my own instagram – these days I’m on mills instagram and that’s about it, mostly because I can go on there and still give her all the attention she wants but when trying to write a post or be on the laptop it’s not so easy and I’ve slowly lost my love for blogging, but I want to get back into it, I want to do something for me again. So here I am.
Today I’ve written up a post about the small businesses we work with over on instagram.
I haven’t actually been anywhere, mostly at home with a very needy baby. There are so many posts I want to write up but when I actually sit down to write something I don’t know where to start and then it’s like Mila realises I’m busy and she then wants attention.
So, I’m hoping over the next few days Rhys will be a bit more hands on with Mila so I can actually have some time to myself because since she’s arrived it’s like I’m not a person anymore, I’m just Mila’s mummy and that’s it. I’d love to get back to blogging more often and having time to read more, designing and doodling more, just more of what I used to love doing.
I don’t really know where I’m going with this post but I haven’t really written much in the past couple of months, there has been a lot going on so I just wanted to let you know (if anyone reads anymore) that I haven’t disappeared and I really do intend to get stuck in and get some posts written up.
I want to write more baby posts.
I want to write more about my skincare products and routines.
I’d love to have time to get back into wearing and writing about make up, you’re lucky if I manage to brush my hair these days – although I have just had it all chopped off so I’m going to need to do more with it now.
Overall I just need to get that motivation back to sit and roll out the posts. I just wanted to give you guys an update, it’s been over a month since I posted but there will be new things coming soon.
